This model is built using 38 mm thick premium spruce logs, making it a solid and budget-friendly option that still provides excellent strength and thermal mass. For those wanting an even heavier build, this cabin is also available in a 70 mm log option.

With 160 square feet of main floor space, the cabin measures 11’ deep x 14’6” wide and features an impressive 15’ high offset vaulted ceiling. The tall ceiling creates a wide-open feel and adds serious character to the space. Above the main floor, you’ll find a spacious 11’2” x 8’ loft with 7’4” of standing headroom and a full-size, operable window — perfect for sleeping space, storage, or a cozy retreat.

The BlueWater Loft 160 includes a standard loft ladder, with the option to upgrade to the patent-pending Stair-Wall™ folding ladder for a cleaner, built-in look.

This cabin is built using a precision inter-stack log system and features a modern profile with square-end logs. Premium double-pane windows and doors come standard, along with solid pine tongue-and-groove floors and ceilings for a finished, long-lasting interior.
