Unopened Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or pickup for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened or used may still be eligible for return, but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for returning the item to our store.
Special Orders & Installed Equipment: All sales are final on special order products and any equipment that has been installed.

Orders placed online may be cancelled prior to shipping; however, a 5% restocking fee will apply to all cancelled online orders.
